Production Process  

The complete set of equipment for the medium and heavy plate production line mainly includes: vertical roll mill, four-high mill, straightening machine, fixed-length shears, bilateral shears and split shears, rapid cooling speed devices, etc. The production process is basically: continuous casting failure → feeding → plate failure heating → descaling → (rough rolling) → finishing rolling (controlled rolling) → (rapid cooling) → hot straightening → cooling bed → inspection and grinding → Cut the head, cut the tail, take the sample, cut the length and cut the edge → mark → collect.
